After years of building, dreaming, testing, and refining, we’re finally here: no more alpha tags, no more beta warnings. This is it. The full experience of My Neighbor Alice is going live with Chapter One: A New Adventure, and it all kicks off on June 17th.

Let’s start with the magic trick: you can now jump into the game with just one click. No downloads, no launchers, no drama. Thanks to WebGPU, Chromia, and our slick new onboarding, you can play directly in your browser: on Mac, PC, and soon even mobile.

It all happens right on our freshly redesigned website, myneighboralice.com. Rebuilt from the ground up to make instant access feel, well… instant.

Prefer the classic way? No worries, the launcher’s still here, fully supported and ready to deliver the full experience.

Guest Mode

You don’t even need a wallet to begin. Enter as a guest, get a random name and look (or pick your own), and start exploring. Climb the new tower in Lummestad, try out the glider, or just chill and chat. When you’re ready to go deeper, talk to an NPC, claim your welcome gift, and boom, your wallet is created, powered by Web3Auth and fully exportable if you’re the crypto-native type.

The Whole Game, No Compromises

This is not a watered-down demo. This is the full game, and it’s just getting started.
We’ve built a seamless social MMO with cozy vibes and serious tech under the hood:

• Every action in-game? Fully on-chain.
• Want to farm, trade, or translate languages? Blockchain handles it.
• Hate gas fees? There are none.
• Want to invite friends? Now you can, and you should.

New Toys, New Territories

So what’s waiting for you in Chapter One? A lot. We’ve packed this release with new mechanics, regions, and tools that expand how you play and how you connect with others.

• The Moxie System
  Moxie is your in-game energy, and it’s tied directly to what you eat. Think of it as your stamina bar, but cuter and way more dynamic. You gain moxie every time you munch on a carrot, chow down on a grilled fish, or bite into a hearty dish.
  More moxie means more fuel for activities like farming, mining, exploring, or crafting.
  And yes, the quality of your food matters — higher-tier meals give you more of a boost. It’s a system that rewards active players and brings the whole farming loop full circle: grow, cook, eat, explore. Simple, satisfying, and very Lummelunda.
• Land Sharing
  You can now invite up to 10 neighbors to co-build, co-farm, and co-create on your land. Whether you’re helping a friend get started or building a full-blown community hub, land sharing is about opening the doors and making the game more social.
  Invite people through their wallet address, let them complete quests, and yes, shared lands mean shared rewards. From XP to Bjorn, both you and your guests benefit. It’s the first step toward a more collaborative future in My Neighbor Alice, and we’re just getting started.
• The Glider
  Tired of walking? We got you.
  The new glider lets you launch into the skies and float across the archipelago like a leaf on the wind. Try launching from the tower in Lummestad, it’s a whole vibe.
• New Island and new region
  Say hello to Snowflake Wilds, a sparkling new snowy island that opens up a whole new region: Tinsel Falls. It’s chilly, mysterious, and full of things to discover. And yeah, it also happens to be the new home of our friends the Pudgy Penguins.
  Expect frosty biomes, wintry crafting ingredients, and icy secrets waiting to be uncovered.

Enter the Penguins

Yes, the rumors are true: Pudgy Penguins have officially joined the Neighborhood.
Over 38,000 NFTs, Penguins, Lil Pudgys, and Pudgy Rods are now part of the world. And we’re not talking generic skins. Your actual NFT shows up in-game, hatches into a companion, follows your avatar, and helps you craft and earn. We even built Pudgy Land, a new hub for quests, community, and exclusive rewards.
